  Refresh page label ellipsized when not needed

Status in “webbrowser-app” package in Ubuntu:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  Using rtm-17, start the webbrowser while being offline the page has an
  error with a button Refresh page, that label is ellipsized in some
  locales because the width of the button is forced, it would probably
  be better to just let adapt to the text
