Public bug reported:
Upgraded from 14.04 to 14.10. Have "two-finger scroll" and "tap to click"
selected in system settings. When I log in these functions work but seems that
as soon as an application is started, including the Dash, "two-finger scroll"
and "tap to click" stop working. Logging out and back in again restores the
functionality but then it is lost as soon as an application starts again.
I found this was an intermittent problem under 14.04 but only when resuming
from sleep. Now the function basically does not work at all.
