Bug description:
  When I change to higher resampling it happens every few minutes
  repeating buzz

  resample-method = src-sinc-medium-quality
  default-sample-format = s24le
  default-sample-rate = 96000

  
  $ pacmd list-sinks | grep sample
sample spec: s24le 2ch 96000Hz
sample spec: s32le 2ch 96000Hz

  I have two sound cards, the symptom emerges on the external usb X-Fi
  soundcard.

Ubuntu 14.10 (utopic) reached end-of-life on July 23, 2015.
