We do not control how the BQ E4.5 phone converts the sensor information
into the final JPEG and therefore cannot implement this suggestion.

Bug description:
  Image quality on the bq aquaris phone is relatively low even on the
  highest quality setting. Numerous compression artifacts are visible
  like on pictures taken with a cheap Chinese tablet. On the other hand,
  imagemagick convert takes 2s on this CPU when converting 8 MP bmp file
  to jpeg. So please consider using software jpeg for the highest
  quality setting.
