Yes, I have too. The default configuration.

Moreover I reinstalled Ubuntu, installed all the applications I had, and
the bug is still there. Moreover I can reproduce it in a very different
computer with the same set of applications.

So please have a look at the attached video and try to reproduce the bug
exactly as shown. Thanks 

I can't reproduce this in Firefox on a clean install of Vivid with
