On Ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS (GNU/Linux 3.13.0-44-generic x86_64) with tzdata package
version "2014i-0ubuntu0.14.04" it will say:
OK
On Ubuntu Ubuntu 14.04.2 LTS (GNU/Linux 3.16.0-37-generic x86_64) with tzdata
package version "2015d-0ubuntu0.14.04" it will say:
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "<string>", line 1, in <module>
OverflowError: mktime argument out of range
