Public bug reported:

The current AdaptivePageLayout.primaryPage API forces the primary page
to be loaded synchronously. In case the primary page creation is a long-
running operation, the UI will be locked and unresponsive.

There must be a way to specify the primary page same way as in
addTo{Current|Next}Column() functions.

** Affects: ubuntu-ui-toolkit (Ubuntu)
     Importance: High
     Assignee: Zsombor Egri (zsombi)
         Status: Confirmed
