Title:
  OTA7 can no-longer save image file without extension.

Status in Canonical System Image:
  New
Status in webbrowser-app package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Since the update on the 19th Oct when trying to save images from, for
  example web pages where the URL does not end in a traditional image
  extension, the error that "no application is able to handle a file of
  this type" is displayed.

  A simple example of this is any image on Google Plus which might have
  a url as follows:-

  https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/proxy/325yGX4c_mrw8lmANpU1tAsG-
  7XsdIq_9RBJCdRk-ODC3OYqqy-
  qAFHJeuXTo5gfdAU7XAnxaz2bEQEi7kmxSkRPGYb1l4H_6jy22vTHwp3oRIvAxlDzGXMJMSFi-
  CBavbU2=w595-h427-p

  Simply long press an image on Google Plus and select "save image" to
  see this message... this was working in OTA6.
