  device name: mako

  Test Case:
  1. connect the the DUT with adb
  2. enable ssh with:
  $ android-gadget-service enable ssh

  Expected Result
  Verify that ssh is enabled 
  phablet@ubuntu-phablet:~$ getprop |grep ssh
  [persist.service.ssh]: [true]

  and that the service is running
  $ pgrep -af sshd
  4303 /usr/sbin/sshd -D -o PasswordAuthentication=no

  Actual Result
  The property is enabled but the service is not running.
