Although I'm not sure the phone is actually running urandom on normal start-up. 
In that case, lightdm might have to explicitly call:
   /etc/init.d/urandom start

  The next version of Mir needs this to ensure /dev/urandom has been
  initialized before lightdm spawns unity-system-compositor.
