Tested and verified in an up-to-date xenial amd64 VM, with webbrowser- app 0.23+16.04.20161028-0ubuntu2. I am able to create a new video call. On arale, after jumping hoops to login, it seems to try to redirect to the normal start page but all I see if a green quotes bubble.
