Title:
osk doesn't work after putting app in or out sidestage

Status in unity8 package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  How to reproduce:
Take an app and write something with the osk.
Now put the app in the sidestage and try to type something with the osk.
  The osk does not appear.
This happens more often, when the app was in the sidestage before and then
dragged out in the "main view".

  Workaround:
After putting an app in or out the sidestage, switch to the homescope and
back to the app. The osk should appear again.
