Bug description:
Broken installation of Ubuntu 16.04 LTS. Ran through root to attempt
resolving broken installation. Ran apt-get update and was unable to
download via eth0 connection. Ran apt-get upgrade with better chance
to install packages and to install what was needed. Rebooted computer
and am able to run apt-get update with success. Currently running apt-
get upgrade and there is a lot of upgrades. Will update more
information to resolve bug.
