  4. In cellular change the 4g connection to 2g
  5. As soon as the cellular icon disappears from the indicator swipe down the 
indicator
  6. Switching now between 2g and 4g and 4g and 2g will now keep the big icon 
till the phone is restarted.

  EXPECTED:
  I expect the indicator to behave in the similar fashion to the other device 
which keep an empty cellular icon in play the whole time

  ACTUAL:

On a turbo this happened to me again, there was a lot of activity in the
network indicator as I was travelling so different GSM speeds, turning
hotspot on/off, different wifis etc.

Bug description:
  STEPS:
  1. Flash a fresh image on turbo
  2. With the sim in slot 2
  3. Drag down the network indicator and tap on cellular
  4. In cellular change the 4g connection to 2g
  5. As soon as the cellular icon disappears from the indicator swipe down the 
indicator
  6. Switching now between 2g and 4g and 4g and 2g will now keep the big icon 
till the phone is restarted.

  EXPECTED:
  I expect the indicator to behave in the similar fashion to the other device 
which keep an empty cellular icon in play the whole time
