Test case.
- Flash your device.
- Select Spanish on the wizard.
- Finish the wizard.
- Dismiss the Welcome to Ubuntu screen.
- Wait to Scopes location prompt to appear.
Expected result.
- Scopes location prompt is translated to Spanish.
Actual result.
- Location prompt is displayed in English.
