Actual result: apport asks a series of questions in the terminal, finally asking the user if they want to launch a browser. Choosing to launch the browser causes apport to exit. No browser window is opened and the bug is not reported. I can confirm this under Budgie Desktop & Ubuntu 16.10, Apport does not open web browser after click the continue button on Apport Bug report.
