Title:
VPN cannot resolve DNS entries on second connect

Status in network-manager package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Ubuntu 16.10
The first time I connect to a VPN (vpnc) everything works fine, but if I
disconnect and then reconnect I can no longer resolve DNS entries although I
can connect directly via IP address. The only solution seems to be a reboot.

This was working fine in 16.04.
