Bug description:
  The OSK is unusable on frieza_arm64/staging. It's just not displayed.

Interesting it's always and only the OSK we have rendering trouble with
(see also bug 1590765, bug 1649077). Might be worth looking into how the
OSK renders differently to other apps.
