Bug description:
  The Ubuntu Error Tracker has been receiving reports about a problem regarding 
pulseaudio.  This problem was most recently seen with package version 
1:10.0-1ubuntu2, the problem page at 
https://errors.ubuntu.com/problem/5fe9678dbacf2a09c15684b9139209f0be7ca572 
contains more details, including versions of packages affected, stacktrace or 
traceback, and individual crash reports.
