Sorry. Confirmed on artful. You just have to log in using the GNOME session (not GNOME on Wayland). It appears the bug does not exist in 17.10. So this is either Fix Released post-16.04, or some problem specific to your custom theme. Please help us to figure out which by: 1. Testing Ubuntu 17.10 or 17.04; and 2.
