[Touch-packages] [Bug 1704628] Re: CUPS keeps crashing 17.04

[Touch-packages] [Bug 1704628] Re: CUPS keeps crashing 17.04
I used the command line ubuntu-bug cups. I confirm I get the systematic internal error pop-up at start-up and I have just submitted again a report "cups-browsed crashed with SIGSEGV in__strcasecmp_l_avx()" but it does not help much... . Please let me know how I can get you the "stack trace", I am not familiar with bug reporting. Thanks. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Touch seeded packages, which is subscribed to cups in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1704628 Title: CUPS keeps crashing 17.04 Status in cups package in Ubuntu: Incomplete Bug description: cupsd or cups-browser are systematically crashing at start-up. [Touch-packages] [Bug 1704628] Re: CUPS keeps crashing 17.04
How did you do this bug report? The automatically generated information does not contain any stack trace. When it comes to a crash there is usually a pop-up guiding you to a bug report or at least submitting information about the crash? Have you seen such a pop up and accepted sending the information? ** Changed in: cups (Ubuntu) Status: New => Incomplete -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Touch seeded packages, which is subscribed to cups in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1704628 Title: CUPS keeps crashing 17.04 Status in cups package in Ubuntu: Incomplete Bug description: cupsd or cups-browser are systematically crashing at start-up.
