Title:
AppArmor parser error for /etc/apparmor.d/usr.bin.webbrowser-app in
/etc/apparmor.d/usr.bin.webbrowser-app at line 26: Could not open
  '/usr/share/apparmor/hardware/graphics.d'

Status in apparmor package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
After upgrading to Ubuntu 18.04, the apparmor service is failed on
boot because of unresolvable references from /etc/apparmor.d/usr.bin
.webbrowser-app, from the removed (but not purged) webbrowser-app
  package.

The package itself was removed from my system as part of the upgrade
to 17.10, but the presence of the obsolete conffile did not cause
  problems until upgrading to bionic.

I think the apparmor package needs to take care to clean up after
  these abandoned conffiles on upgrade.
