The settings is not a service and not involved in restoring configs
after boot, it's just an interface to change the options. Removing g-c-c
since the problem is not here

Bug description:
  Connect both rear microphone and front microphone to the PC.

  In Gnome Sound settings select Rear Microphone input.

  Reboot the computer.

  Now both microphones don't work.

  Workaround: Modify (and then modify back) the input device in Gnome
  Sound settings.
