cant minimize cant close cant move windows keyboard layout changes like
shift key is pressed mouse selection is wrong like the shift key is
pressed but i have changed keyboard and there is no issues with
hardware: cant type numbers only symbols above numbers have to kill
lxsession or systemd process to get out of the situation
