I can see three problems here:
1. The Lsusb.txt doesn't show any mouse connected (?)
2. The Xorg log suggests the connection to the mouse keeps getting lost:

3. The kernel log also suggests the connection to the mouse keeps
getting lost:
[ 997.437000] usb 1-1.1: USB disconnect, device number 21
Please try:
(a) Unplugging and replugging the mouse.
(b) Avoid using external USB hubs. Plug the mouse into the computer
directly.
(c) A different USB mouse.
