Public bug reported: System was working fine in Ubuntu 19.04. After update to 19.10 and reboot, videos have audio problems after seeking. The majority of videos I tested had trouble, but the severity of the problem varies even in the problem videos. The sound cuts in and out inconsistently, as if some software is having trouble filling the audio buffer in time.
