Title:
Maximized window expands behind dock after wakeup from monitor energy
  powerdown

Status in gtk+3.0 package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  To reproduce:
  - maximize a window like the terminal or file manager.
  - open another window maximized in the foreground.
  - wait until the energy saving powers down your monitor.
  - wake the monitor up again

The covered, maximized terminal window expanded behind the dock on the
left (but not behind the title bar on the top). I'll attach
screenshots that are more descriptive than pure text

  Description: Ubuntu 22.04 LTS
  Release: 22.04
  Session: Wayland
