Title:
Erratic crash to blackscreen then kernel freeze with no known trigger

Status in libdrm package in Ubuntu:
  New
Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
I suspect this is something related to updates from 22.10 to 23.04's
amdgpu driver. But I'm entirely out of my depth here. Attached is
the dmesg I was able to capture before the kernel freeze but after the
crash to black by changing to a different virtual terminal.
