  When I open "man:rsync" in the online help, in the OPTIONS SUMMARY
  section, all the options are concatenated on a single line.  In the
  command-line man page, they're printed on separate lines:

refer to the detailed description below  for
         a complete description.

          -v, --verbose               increase verbosity
          -q, --quiet                 suppress non-error messages
