My Laserjet p1102w printer is detected and install correctly, but does not work (16.04 Ubuntu mate) without installing hplip-gui and running hp-plugin. I would like to have hplip-gui in the standard installation and live session, as this makes it much easier for users of HP printers (especially models with special demands like firmware upload or WiFi configuration via USB) to get their printers working. This still needs work, though: - It pulls gksu back in, which we don't want by default.
