Title:
pulseaudio crashes after 10s of empathy VoIP

Status in pulseaudio package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  Hi,

If I use SIP over empathy I can call out but after 10seconds empathy
freezes and pulseaudio is on 102% of cpu usage and collects virtual
  memory regarding to "top".

I guess I can reproduce the freeze, if somebody is helping with
  putting together the bug report.

Also using skype seems to be very slow and unstable. Pulseaudio
  crashes from time to time.

2017-05-10 Thread Daniel van Vugt
Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. Please execute the following command only once, as it
will automatically gather debugging information, in a terminal:

apport-collect 903799

When reporting bugs in the future please use apport by using 'ubuntu-
bug' and the name of the package affected. You can learn more about this
functionality at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ReportingBugs.
