[Trac] Re: http://trac-hacks.org/wiki/TracWikiToPdfPlugin : Images won't find their way to the PDF

2009-03-27 Thread Ice Polar
Hi Olemis,

thanx for your reply. I wondered if my request is lost or something like
that. Don't rush it is no problem of life.
It would be nice if this PDF-stuff is coming into home straight.
Beside of WikiToPDF-Plugin i also use the PageToPDF-Plugin but with the same
troubles. i even don't know if there exists a commn reason.

And what i missed to say the last few mails: trac is a superb application, i
love it. You all do a very goog job, thanks.

sincerely
  Ice

Perhaps this is the case where modifying the built-in template is the
only choice ... I wish I was wrong anyway ... ;)

Perhaps u'r right but IMO it's better to use TracThemes plugin and
write your own template + css than `patching` Trac's defaults ...

... isn't it ?

[Trac] Trac & Sphinx

2009-03-27 Thread Emmanuel Blot

Hi All,

Is there a way to integrate Trac & Sphinx, so that for example
Sphinx-based documentation archived in the SVN repository may be
rendered "on-line" when browsing a Trac page?

I know Noah have been working on the new documentation/help system,
but I'm not sure about the current status and if the Sphinx
integration is "off-line" (i.e. Sphinx needs to be run to generate
documentation pages) or if there is some kind of "on-line" rendering -
I don't know if the latter option is even possible.

Thanks,
Manu

[Trac] Customise Ticket View

2009-03-27 Thread RobinP

Hi Folks,

is there an easy way to change the ticket view so that the comments
are separated out from the change history. If there are only a few
comments they tend to get buried by all the tickets status changes, so
I'd prefer to have just comments shown directly underneath the ticket
description, then the rest of the change history lower down.
So far I didn't find a plugin to help me do this, but maybe there is
one...

No, it is perfectly right, but your setuptools is too old. It can't
deal with newer subversion servers.

So, do this instead:

cd /tmp
svn co http://svn.ipd.uka.de/repos/javaparty/JP/trac/plugins/tracnav-0.11
cd tracnav-0.11
easy_install .

Yes the problem is the code parsing the macro's arguments.

[Trac] Re: TracNav Plugin Installation

2009-03-27 Thread sunny063

Hi Thomas,

thanks for your answer.

I tried to execute "easy_install TracNav==dev" but then I end up with:
"error: Unexpected HTML page found at
http://svn.ipd.uka.de/repos/javaparty/JP/trac/plugins/tracnav-0.11#egg=TracNav-dev";

Is this URL wrong?

On the other hand I figured out that when I call TracNav() (whitout a
paramter) it will show the page called TOC, so at least one index is
working now...
