There is no *the* (unique) subversion post-commit script for trac. 
Depending on the trac plugin(s) you might use, such as 
timingandestimationplugin, there might be a post-commit script for the 
plugin.

In general, look in the trac contrib directory, and the subversion 
project hooks directory.
