Or at least I can't find it on trac hacks.

I seem to recall seeing a plugin that allowed you to add tags to a wiki
page so that only the part above the tag was edited when you clicked on
the tag. At the time I saw it, I was busy getting trac set up, and did
not want to add plugins until I saw what trac itself did. But now I want
to investigate this. Am I remembering wrong? Or just blind when looking
at trac hacks?
