Thank you.  I am working on bringing all the Plugins up to date, so I can 
upgrade Trac to 1.4.

Looks like a bug, have rolled the Plugin back to release 17519 and still seeing 
the same error.


The plugin maintainer chose to make trunk compatible with only Trac 1.4+, 
rather than add compatibility code that would make it work with 1.2 and 1.4:
