I did think about AGPL but unfortunately, as I understand it, like a move
to another license that would require some sort of signoff from each
contributors.  GPL3 is a smooth transition that doesn't really require a
signoff.  So I think we'll hang with the easier option of moving to GPL3.

Having said all this, based on the feedback I've got I'm going to move
ahead on this in the next few days.
