You could use html2po for that (see http://docs.translatehouse.org/projects/translate-toolkit/en/latest/commands/html2po.html). I experimented a bit on the files. I needed to change the extension to html to get it to work and there was some broken HTML in the snippets that needed fixing. But generally it worked.
