I have a wndr3800 runing openwrt,and I'd like to change to librecmc I followed this instruction http://librecmc.org/librecmc/wiki?name=Build+HOWTO and got a bunch of files in bin/ar71xx including librecmc-ar71xx-generic-wndr3800-squashfs-factory.img which I think is the image. When I try to flash the image via openwrt web admin page,it prevents me from doing so,and gives a notice which reads The uploaded image file does not contain a supported format. Make sure that you choose the generic image format for your platform. Can anybody please help me? Thanks!

LLVM is absolutely something to be concerned about. It's permissively licensed, and this of course invites all kinds of proprietary extensions to it. To reason that this might be deliberate isn't that great of a stretch, especially when you consider it was largely funded by Apple.

This is compatible with Diaspora. The only thing I don't like about it is that the default interface is too cluttered. If you're looking for a social network that is distributed this one is usable and worth checking out.. I think it is actually more advanced than Diaspora based on what I've read.

If you find assembling a PC from scratch difficult. Myself, Ill build my one. Not only I would learn how to do it, and you will understand your system spec's, capabilities and weakness. Knowing this, You need to decide wisely. Either build or buy one already made. 2 categories Either you want a desktop or a Laptop. At the end you need to decide wisely. I am not Italian. I made a t-shirt that says that! :) But I speak Italian way better then English and if enough people are interested in this, that is, if it is worth it, we can ask Ruben and get us an Italian forum. I know Forna is italian but he speaks english. Don't know if there are others and how many are there from the salami pizza and Berlusconi fairyland.. It certainly wouldn't hurt to get us a forum in lingua! ciao Fabio!

Hello everyone! I was thinking about a previous post here suggesting to ask Rubén for an Italian forum. At the moment Italian is the only officially supported language which doesn't have his own forum. I was thinking that maybe it could be helpful to people who approach free software for the first time, as well as for people that may need help with Trisquel but feel embarrassed to post something in English. However, I have no idea of how many Italian people are already on this forum, so: are some of you interested to have an Italian Trisquel forum? If there is someone else I can ask Rubén...

When I plug it in it installs itself but then it won't print. When I add it manually I don't know what to choose since DCP-7055 isn't in the list.

They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

Content providers want DRM and Google has to implement it or else Google doesn't make money off of YouTube. Simple as that.

hello i have received a email from i...@gluglug.org.uk and memtest and grub invaders were not working for me as the developers did not cross compile them for the x60 textmode roms so its best for now to flash the vesafb roms so sadly we will have to wait a bit longer to play space invaders in out bios :( (unless you have a 64-bit processor) also you can boot to a usb stick in libreboot with the instructions that i will be following here: http://libreboot.org/docs/gnulinux/index.html also i think you have to run gnu/linux on libreboot so libertybsd may not boot on it i will post when i have tried to follow the instructions more which will be when i have time.

That is not a Trisquel repository. It is a PPA. And it does not have packages for trusty: see http://ppa.launchpad.net/texlive-backports/ppa/ubuntu/dists/ You should be able to remove that PPA with the following command: $ sudo add-apt-repository -r ppa:texlive-backports/ppa

i dont think you did install it because you only ran make try running make install and if that dose not work try making a video with a screen-recorder of what your doing so we can see more clearly how to help you but for now at the root directory of the source code run make install

that’s not a true statement of course Google would make money off YouTube its the biggest video sharing website in the world hundreds of millions people visit that site every day they just need a small amount of advertising it would just mean they might be making million's instead a billions(if they started paying there taxes too) i would not feel to sorry for the corporation

Because at least JavaScript can be run reliably with free software you can run adobe flash fine on free software but the program adobe flash is not free its the same with JavaScript just because your using a libre browser or operating system dose not make the thing your running libre
