Yes, you can.  "Update Manager" is a graphical interface to 'apt-get'.  As  
far as I understand, "trisquel-base" is a category in which the dependencies  
of the base system are.

Using apt-get update and upgrade I usually can download all updates, but  
sometimes an "update manager" shows up to install an update of "Trisquel  
base". Is this normal? Can I download an update of Trisquel base with Bash?

Well yes they are refurbished. It's not possible to buy these routers new  
anymore. However, they're in excellent condition. Routers tend to last many  
years.

Yeah the price isn't that much higher than if you were to buy the router  
yourself. If you're lucky you can get it for like 80 EUR. But then you have  
to source it yourself and make sure it's the right version (not all of them  
support libreCMC. minifree makes sure to get the ones that are supported).
