It brings up the quick access toolbar, which is good enough. But how do i make it so that i only have to press super (without the "s")?

Does anybody know how to bind the super key (or the windows key, for those new to GNU/Linux) to bring up the taskbar like you do in windows 10 and some common distros like Ubuntu? I see Trisquel does not bring up the taskbar when the super/windows/etc key is pressed by default. Can anybody help me on this?

Yeah, libreboot does not work with Windows, I think it has to do with software freedom or something to do with that. If you can't let go of windows (Nasty OS) for good, don't use libreboot.

Hey guys, For christmas, My Parents got me a new Alienware computer and it came bundled with a xbox 360 controller. I want to use this controller on my other GNU/linux rig (like the one i am typing on right now). Neverputt And Neverball were the only libre games i know of that work with the xbox 360 controller. Can you help me find some examples of libre games that work with the controller? Any help will be appreciated!

Hi there again! I can't wait for Trisquel 8. However, there is a new problem. It will prevent the install of Trisquel on x86 Windows machines. It's called secure boot. And in Windows 10, it's up to the OEM to decide whenever you can turn off secure boot. I think Trisquel should overcome the secure boot option. Trisquel wont ask Microsoft to sign the keys for the sake of freedom, so i think we should the GNU/(Linux Foundation's) Preloader for Trisquel 8. What do you think about this "Secure boot" issue huh?

I've tried Skyscraper Simulator and the frame rate was abysmal. When i played it with MS Windows, the frame rate was fine. However, Trisquel is giving me a hard time. My Computer has 4GB of ram with intergrated graphics card. How come skyscrapersim is giving me a hard time on GNU/Linux?

Great! i installed superTuxkart, and the very next day, trisquel gave me the black screen of death after bootup. In other words, no login screen after bootup. the linux-libre said that something failed on startup and it was the Active directory server or something like that. Can you help?!

Sorry, i did another similar forum post called 'Fluendo player for trisquel" But i realised i haven't set a forum for it to be in. Let's say you're in the USA. Watching dvd's on GNU/Linux is illegal there because of the dreaded DMCA. you have the option of Buying the Fluendo player, which claims to legally play your dvds without worrying about the DMCA. but it comes at 2 costs. 1. See, i have a little bit of a dilemma here at school. See, GNU/Linux and other Free-sw operating systems is not supported at my school at the moment. I need to use the microsoft fonts in order to get my essay to work on the teacher's MS Windows machines. i tried installing sudo apt-get install msttcorefonts, but it only gave me a error of E: Unable to locate package msttcorefonts and it's not in the Application Repository either. Many game companies like EA and Rockstar HATE Free software so badly, They dont even release their games for GNU/Linux (for Rockstar, i think this is true, but i may be wrong). Some companies release their game engines as free software, Like Id Software's Old ID tech engines and Ken-Silverman's Build engine (technially non-free, Because it's free for non-commercial use only.) There is some nonfree developers like Valve who Embrace GNU/Linux and even make a Distro. Digital (Restictions) Management is extremely bad for freedom Lovers. I agree with that. What if your favourite game is non-free? Do you find a GNU/Linux version of the nonfree game, or you settle in for a Free-Software clone like minetest, Openarena, Etc.
