did someone installed the latest version of Kdenlive?

I tried this following the site advice and didn't work with trisquel.

For Ubuntu >= 15.04 and other *buntu based distros like LinuxMint you can  
download latest Kdenlive from our official PPA’s:


sudo add-apt-repository ppa:kdenlive/kdenlive-stable
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install kdenlive

On top of that I couldn't remove the PPA with the instructions given

Note: you can easily remove our PPA and revert back to official distro  
package using:


sudo ppa-purge ppa:kdenlive/kdenlive-stable

Any suggestions?

Still getting used to Claws mail but my frist impression is that is really  
fast and slim.

My ideas was more to know here de directory of the dictionaries are.

So I can add there the"new" portuguese dictionary since GNU is still using  
the old one.

In Portugal we have a "new" orographic agreement

Which means that there are two ways to write Portuguese "now".

But since GNU Aspell doesn't support language variants we are stuck with old  
orographic agreement.


Where can I find the directories to aspell-pt and hunspell-pt so I can  
replace them myself


I installed it via synaptic but it's the old agreement.

I decided also that and I was trying to use Claws Mail instead but I couldn't  
find the plugins in the package that comes with trisquel.


Although the email can fetch mailbox.org

Maybe I will follow your advice and give a try to icedove.

I installed successfully Claws mail using trisquel package installer.

But I can't find the plugins in that instalation.

Did someone found this issue also?

More in detail - mailbox.org requires STARTTLS and port 993, in Evolution if  
I select this port and then in the select box I choose STARTTLS it changes  
automatically to port 143.


I don't know why.

For me that's the issue.

I will look up claw mail.

I was not specific enough.

It stays in waiting forever.

That doesn't happen with Ice Dove with the e same credentials.
