In installed both Mate and Unity using these links, respectively: https://trisquel.info/en/wiki/installing-mate https://trisquel.info/en/wiki/how-install-unity-desktop-environment-and-create-session-entry-trisquel-70 I also removed some Unity parts via the following commands: usr/share/xsessions/ubuntu.desktop /usr/share/gnome-session/sessions/ubuntu.session Could anybody help me? It's been a while since I visited the site, and the LibreJS complain that pops at the right side is new to me. I assume then that Icecat isn't fully compatible with the Trisquel site.
[Trisquel-users] Encrypting (and erase mode is slow) 1 TB external hard drive via Disks seems to take too long
Hi! I think the encryption has been going for probably 10+ hours already. I was able to encrypt the drive just yesterday that took only like less than 15 mins. (and the erase mode there is probably slow too), and I was even able to really use it like transfer files and such. But I only forgot the passphrase so I had to encrypt it again. I checked the drive if it's mounted and yes it is. I click on the gear icon and choose 'Format', then proceed with the following steps. Thoughts?

That's not the fix I was looking for. I think that obviously would work since I'd be disabling Libre JS. I am expecting of a fix wherein Trisquel would be full compatible by default. Libre JS won't pop up, and I just checked Posteo and it's also not fully compatible. What happened? Hmmm.
