The Linux-libre project only deals with the kernel.  There is far much free  
software in the user space.  Some of it recommends (without depending on)  
proprietary software (e.g., add-ons) and the Trisquel project removes that.

Although the sections in Ubuntu are better than nothing, they are not  
perfect.  Trisquel's project is a lot about "cleaning" packages in Ubuntu's
