I started listening to OA a few weeks ago during my one hour commute. I
don't listen for the full hour, as with most sxm incessant rambling, I can't
handle it that long.I've been away from sxm all week, but I'm not sad to
see one of these guys go. The third guy Jim is more entertaining than the
other two.
I've read the guys tweets and I would have fired him too , given his role and
job.

Opie Anthony were hired by XM after WNEW-FM in New York fired them in
2002 over a stunt where a couple participating in a contest were having
faux sex in St. Patrick's Cathedral with their encouragement. When
Sirius
and XM merged in 2008, they were given an obvious secondary status
behind
Howard Stern on the service's personality lineup in the shock jock
category, something that they seem to have accepted until now. No
indication yet from anyone if Gregg Opie Hughes will continue by
himself
or with a new partner--The Opie Anthony Channel is still on SXM's
listings as channel 206.
