I was going to say, #3 contained a reference to something in the news that 
felt a few weeks old. So yes, they gave themselves a running start.

Will they bring up the article? I think that's up to Fallon himself.

Steve is right: Oliver doesn't say much, but when he does, it's hilarious.

I was surprised that they didn't settle on what to me was an obvious 
compromise on the sound effect: Use at it only at the beginning and end, 
and maybe during the sponsor messages.

I'm enjoying this podcast.

So episode 4 dropped a half hour ago. Fallon is on it. I only listened to
the first few minutes and they haven't acknowledged the Rolling Stone
article yet.

I listened to the first episode. It took them about half an hour to find
their rhythm. After Colbert told the story Steve referred to, it became a
hook for callback jokes
and the conversation took off. I thought having 5 hosts (or participants)
would get unwieldy, but they’re pros and they figured it out quickly.
