There was a time not that long ago that I would have jumped at this (about 1/3 the regular price). But now I think, that's about the price of a half a year of Netflix, which would generate so much more actually watched content, and I am reluctant to pull the trigger (though might if I had the right relative/friend in mind for a gift). I still buy TV on DVD, but it tends to be more prestige dramas or boutique comedies that I kind of like having on my shelf - or at least something not so easily accessed on TBS via On Demand. I will almost certainly get the complete series of Mad Men when the time comes, and may get Breaking Bad too after a while. Assuming Louis does not live on prominently in syndicated reruns I would consider getting its complete set at some point.
