My app needs to retrieve tweets that match a specific phrase: 1- How many searches are allowed from a single IP address per hour? I'm thinking of doing one per minute, is that too many?
2- I cannot find examples of phrase-based searches in the API docs. Can someone post a working example of a curl search that requires a phrase match? Owkaye
