unfortunately, no - we don't have a centralized document listing all this
(although, we probably should).


 Some things are a bit uncertain. For example, are user IDs 32bit or 64
 bit integers?


 right now, there are less than 2^32 users, if that helps :P

are there any other fields that are ambiguous?
