Hi Twitter devs, So does each chunk of a cursor-enabled GET you make count as an API call from your account? And if yes (I'd imagine so), and you may well need to make more successive API calls in an hour than are allotted, does the cursor offset allow you to start where you left off once your API limit rolls over again?
