That's a very large number - most people only use about that many different
words when they talk about any particular domain which means you'd have
to process at close to the performance of a search engine.  Seems unlikely
that any company would support that.

What are you trying to accomplish?

Yes, the Streaming API track parameter is the way to accomplish this.

 Most of the keyword has the same suffix, like blahbar, foobar,
 hellobar etc..
